1. Services
SiteWeaver Studio provides website design, hosting management, AI-assisted intake and ROI reporting services under the plan selected at signup (Launch, Grow or Scale, plus optional Care Plans). Setup fees are one-time; plan fees are billed monthly in CAD.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our websites or chat services to submit patient health information, unlawful content, or unsolicited commercial messages contrary to CASL. Our AI assistant is a general information tool and does not provide medical, dental or legal advice.
3. Compliance responsibility
We design for PIPEDA, HIPAA-aware and CASL requirements, but final regulatory sign-off for your practice remains with your own counsel and compliance officers.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the content and brand assets you supply plus the delivered site design. We retain ownership of our underlying tooling, design system and configuration framework.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. ROI calculator outputs are illustrative estimates, not guarantees of results.
